Delimit IT0105 through background while doing PA40 action
Hello Friends,
I am trying to delimit IT0105 (Sub type - 0001) through background while doing termination action. But, when I do termination action its comes in foreground and I have to save the record, then it proceeds to next IT.
But, I want to do it in background mode, so that it shouldn't ask me to save the IT in foreground. Below is the dynamic action for delimiting in background.

HRP1001 subtype A011....Position to Cost center data
Hi Folks,
I am new to HR data replication from HCM to ECC. I am trying to replicate the HR Organizational data from HCM to ECC, THough I am able to replicate all the organizational data I am having issue with HRP1001 Subtype: A011 (Position to Cost Center data). I am using the IDOC type HRMD_ABA and I see all the IDOCS successfully made it to ECC with status 3; but still when I look into HRP1001 (plan version 01, Object TYpe :S; subtype:A011) I see zero entries. As there are no failed IDOCs it is difficult to understand what is stopping the entries to be populated. Please advise if any one has any suggestions or if anyone has encountered similar issue.

Infotype 0007 cannot be updated on database table PA0007
Hi guys!
I'm trying to use the IDOC HRMD_A05 to update infotype 0007 (Planned Working Time), but I receiving this error:
Infotype 0007 cannot be updated on database table PA0007
Message no. 5-108
Diagnosis
You cannot update infotype 0007 on database table PA0007.
Procedure
Check the entries in table T777D and restart inbound processing.

How to define Half day public holiday
Hi Team,
We want to define half day public holiday(PH) on 24th dec and 31st dec. In this case we tried defining public holiday by putting 2 in holiday class and assigning it to holiday calendar and then generated WSR. Still 24th and 31st is not getting considered as PH.
In our case 24th dec will be half day PH), 25th dec & 26th dec is full day PH, 31st is half day.
We got one case where in user applied leave from 22.12.2014 to 31.12.2014 and total number of absence days is shown as 6, whereas it should be 5 days.
Please suggest how to define half day public holiday.
Please give your input as this is urgent issue to be looked into.

Absence quota carry forward PCR issue in negative time management
Dear Experts,
We have negative time management in place and our quota carry fwd policy for Annual leave is as follows, if 10 is the leave balance on 31.10.XXXX, this full 10 quota should be carried fwd and added into next year's leave quota of 21. Here the leave year is 01.11.XXXX to 31.10.XXXX.
For this i wrote 2 pcrs, but its carrying wrong quota to next yr as shown below. Can someone help me resolve the same issue urgently.

we are implementing Positive time management.i want to genereate all abences quotas on every year 1st dat of january for total year and carry forward the same quota balance to next year.
could you please suggest me how to right the rules for above requirement. and if you have any refernce rules related to that please post me the screen shots.

Data hidden by screen modification
Hi Experts,
I am facing a problem, I have created a record in IT0016 (Contract elements) and saved it. Now when I am chossing Period as "All" in the overview, it is not showing any data, however when I go to "display" I can see the input data with a message below "Data is hidden by Screen Modifications".
I tried searching table T588M but didn't understand anything. I need to change it asap.
Please suggest steps and help.

The Part appraisal process is not working. It skips part-appraisal steps (for employee, for manager and for higher manager). It goes directly to substatus, which is mentioned in Last part-appraiser target substatus.

LWP(Leave Without Pay) mapping for positive time management
Hi Guru's,
As per the client requirement I'm able to map Full day and half day LWP for negative time management.I want to map it for positive time management.
If there is no entry in following infotypes IT2011(P10 and P20), It2001 and IT2002. Then it will be treated as LWP.
Please guide.

I have been recently assigned on a project to implement E-Recruitment and I have absolutely no idea about this module.I have gathered a lot of materials from various sources including SAP Help.But still I am not very sure about how to start.I am also not very sure about what the role of BASIS Consultant and ABAPer will be in this implementation.Is this module any way realted to Net Weaver?
So I ask all who have implemented e-recruitment to kindly assist me and giv me a step by step knowledge about how to start and carry forward.

HCM Processes and Forms - Generating PDF Documents
Hi,
I designed a PA process without a WF (no_workfolow option) that its main purpose is to generate a PDF document. Now, I have two requirements:
- I want to to enforce the user to click on the "Send" button in order to generate the PDF so the process will be logged and can be retrieved by HR Administrator using the standard processes search. If the user just generate a pdf document without clicking on "Send" button, the process isn't saved and therefore can't be retrieved.
- I want the PDF generation will occur only after clicking "Send" button, and not as a seperate button on the screen.

Attendanc not deduction from Attendance Quota
I configured an attendance and attendance quota and I want the manual deduction to happen from the attendance quota.
When I am trying to assign the attendance quota type in T554S for the attendance, and select manaul leave deduction as "2", the quota type fiels in T554S only shows absence quotas and not attendance quotas. This is very weird!!!Please help.

Uploading data to T558B and T558C
Hi All,
I am trying to upload payroll results of some employees via T558B, T558C & INLK. I tried number of times and it is not working. Upload doesn't happen although HINUULK0, HINU58B0, etc. give successful upload. I also tried using SAP's format (Payroll.xls from SAP Note) and it doesn't go through.
I am sharing the formats that I use. Can someone guide on this please?
