Automatic correspondence in TEM module NOT Working

Dear All,

I am stuck with quite unusual situation, I have configured the steps under Day-to-Day Activities> Correspondence> Wizards as per my understanding and selected the standard form, Medium as "I" ( I = internet mail) for activity and abbreviation, but when I book an employee (attendee type) in T.code in PV00, no mail is triggered automatically. I have configured the SMTP as well.

When I use PP40-Manual output, it goes FINE.

Please suggest what entries am i missing  ?  If some has any document on that, please share with me.
