We are upgrading from LSO 300 to LSO 600. We are stuck with Confirmation link for Follow-Up course in LSO Portal which is not appearing. As soon as course is completed, page refreshing but no link or pop-up for confirmation is appearing.
I have tried all the options in table V_LSOFUPROCESS with entries like delivery method | Learning portal | A (Confirm Participation). When this was not working, I have changed A to K also. It appeared only once, later I tried with several courses and created new courses also but no use. I have maintained follow up control options in IT5047 as well with same values. But still no use. Checked almost all forums regarding this issue. All solutions are linked to table V_LSOFUPROCESS which is maintained correctly. It is working fine in backend but not in portal.
Please not that the delivery method is custom delivery i.e., document procedures training which will just open a document and then course will be completed.
Could any one throw some more inputs on this issue.
