configuration Learning solution in NWBC

Hello,

I've several problem on LSO.

When I access in link "create curse type" or "create curriculum type" or "create course program" , after clicking on create and inserting required value, I don't see the save button, but only fast entry.

When I access "create web based training ", select "course group", click button start, and finally click on button course content preview, I receive the dump:
