PPOME - Character string job title

Hi,

Im having an issue with the Job text length in the below screenshot in PPOME.

For a small number of employees this field (from structure P1000 - STEXT) is cutting the text at 25 characters. However this field length should be 40 characters. When I debug the program (not something im overly familiar with) I can see that the job text is being taken from two sources.

• Table 1: T528T - PLSTX (25 characters)
• Table 2: HRP1000 - STEXT (40 characters)

I'm not 100% sure why the program chooses one over the other, but the outcome is that for some EE numbers, we have a job string which is cut at 25 characters.

Has anyone encountered this problem before?
