Creating more than one positions in SAP HCM triggers many requisitions in SuccessFactors

Hi experts

We have an issue that when we create more than one position in SAP HCM, it triggers many Job Requisitions in SuccessFactors. What is the best practice to control this. We ideally like to have 10 positions in SAP HCM with 1 requisition in SuccessFactors with a number of opening being updated.
