CAN WE GIVE EMPLOYMENT PERCENT MORE THAN 100%

Hi Experts,

Could you please clarify me one doubt?

In Infotype7 There is Employment Percent  field under Working time Tab. Here our business is maintaining employment percent more than 100% for them the Number of hours are getting increased.

Is it good practice to maintain more than 100% employment percent for a position?? Please let me know
