Green tick mark on tabs in PPOME

Hi,

In PPOME detail Area, we have green tick mark on standard tabs if data is maintained. We created custom tabs in detail area of PPOME screen and the client wants the green tick mark for custom tabs as well if data is maintained. Could u pls provide some information on how this functionality can be achieved. Any help would be highly appreciated.
