Addding the UAN no in the Payslip

Dear Experts,

   I have a requirement of adding the Field of UAN no,which is maintained from Infotype 0185 in to the remuneration statement. But the requirement is like we need to add the UAN no along with the PF No . i.e "PF NO/UAN NO : 510389 / 69875 " .Below is the screenshot of Payslip.

As per my knowledge, we need to add UAN field and the table to be inserted in the transaction PE51_checktab. But I cannot able to insert multiple fields in the row.

Can you please explain whether Is it possible or not?or Can you please give some alternate way to achieve this requirement ?
