change personnel area without running actions

Hi All

We have hired an employee around 2 years back for  abc1 personnel area, now we want to shift him for abc2  personnel area, but we does not want to run either transfer or any other action to change personnel from abc1 to abc2.Is there any way to update/change personnel area ? we are able to change through PP01 and also we want same thing to be updated in all the infotypes(IT0000,IT0001 tec)is there any tcode or report to perform this.
