Appraisal document / Adobe forms

Hi.

We have created an appraisal document and use the web layout where we have a long description and use HTML tags for line break.
When we look at the document in the portal, everything looks OK. Line break are OK and no HTML tags are visible.
When we open the document for printing, all HTML tags are visible and all the text are concatenated and there are no line breaks.

The only thing I know is that we use Adobe forms for printing.
Where is the place to configure the printing button or how do I know which smartforms we used for this button?
