We have quota types given below::
50 Annual Leave Quota
51 Maternity Quota
52 Sick Leave
53 Hajj Leave Quota
54 Umra Leave Quota
55 Paternity Leave Quota
56 Idda leave Quota
57 Compassionate Leave Quota
As we will upload the balance in 2013 with 01.07.2014.
Except Annual Leave quota, for all other leaves quota generates fully in very first month.
for eg : MAternity quota is 60 days
But in 2013 if i update 30 and run pt 60 at end of month: so system is generating quota 60 for maternity,which is perfect as per policy.
But it should give 30 because, he already use 30 maternity leaves.
So expert, please guide to upload and further activities
