Converting hourly employee to salaried employee

Hi,

I am executing pay change action by PA40 to give promotion to one of the US employee for my client. All the info types like IT0001, IT0000, IT0007 are changed accordingly, however in IT0008 I do not see any values in place of PS Group and level. Nothing gets defaulted here.

I have checked TARIF, it works fine.

When I hire a new employee all the details are populating correctly but there is a problem while changing salaried employee to hourly or vice- versa.

Could anyone please help with the solution for this problem.
