Hi Experts,
I have a business requirements
one employee has 2 days annual leave quota, he is requesting for 3 days encasement, when he will get next year quota, 1 day will be settled
so by this way after paying him 3 days quota compensation (by using IT416) his net quota days will be -1.
now this scenario working fine if we use IT2001 and give him 3 days annual leave rather than compensation, as in counting rule we have put ever entitlement deduction rule.
but I want to pay quota compensation by using IT416 one extra day . how to handle this?
