The launchpad HRLSO/REPORTING doesn't exist.

Hi,

   does anybody know how to solve this problem? when i click the report tab under the Course Administration in Portal, it show this error:The launchpad HRLSO/REPORTING doesn't exist.

   i searched some documents, it told me to create the launchpad role  using  TCODE: LPD_CUST. however, when i create HRLSO / REPORTING, it shows Role HRLSO Instance REPORTING Version 0000000001 already exists. but i can't find it.

   any suggestion will be helped!
