I am a SAP BW consultant and i have a report requirement.
We have saudis and non-saudis in the organisation.
We need to get the list of saudis present in the organisation monthwise, we have relied on the table PA0000 (Action type).
For ex:
now we are in the month of FEB, now the user wants to see the employees strength in JAN along with number of saudis and non-saudis also he wants to see
employees strength in FEB along with number of saudis and non-saudis. In month of march he will require the same data from JAN to MAR.
Now, i have used the table PA0000 with the following parameters
A---->PA0000 -- BEGDA <= 31.01.2013 and ENDDA >= 31.01.2013 and STAT2 = 3 ( By this way i get the number of employees for the JAN month )
B---->PA0000 -- MASSN = 01 and BEGDA between 01.02.2013 to 28.02.2013 ( new joiners in the feb month )
C---->PA0000 -- MASSN = 95 and BEGDA between 01.02.2013 to 28.02.2013 ( leavers in the feb month )
my formula is A + B - C to calculate the number of employees present in the FEB month
But this is not getting the correct value. Is my approach right or am i missing something?
I am not a HR functional guy, hence my question may be silly but please share your thoughts and help gurus,
