Dear Experts,
Our company has HR and FI module in a different box with several PAs (companies) already setup there. Now we are setting up another company. It is supposed to be a simple task but there is a requirement to split the charging of payroll expenses to different cost centers (of different companies). We did the testing by utilizing infotype 27 and it works perfectly in DEV, ie. the expenses are split accordingly and the FI document is posted correctly. However when we move to QA, we have a problem. I breakdown the steps that I did as below :
1. Run payroll in HR QA --> successful
2. Run live FI posting in HR QA --> successful, no error
3. Post the payroll document using PCP0 in HR QA --> partially successful. IDoc is sent to the receiving system, however no document in FI QA is created.
4. Check BD87 in FI QA, the IDoc is there with status 64 and message : "Immediate processing is not possible : The current application triggered a termination with a short dump".
5. Check ST22 in FI QA, the run time error (error.txt) is attached.
Any idea why I have this error ? I'm confused even to identify to which forum (HR or FI) should I post this message
