We have Benefits Enrollment as part of employee hiring.
The problem we are facing is with pension plans(canada). Usually employee enroll into Pension plans at the starting of next payperiod and we have bi-weekly payroll. For eg: if employee got hired in 2nd Jan 2014, employee will be enrolled into pension only by 15th Jan 2014(1st day of next pay period).
In present scenario, IT0378 with pension details is being created , and once enrollment to pension is over we have a dynamic action to create IT0041 with Pension date type. This datetype should have proper start date ie, start date of next payroll period.From above example i should get 15th Jan 2014 as date type date. From present system i am getting only 2nd Jan 2014.
