More Than one employee is getting Sick Leave of past year (2010) in 2013 of 2 days.

Hi,

I am facing an issue, More than one Employee is getting Sick Leave payment of Month May & Aug 2010, in this month i.e Aug 2013.

05-2010   One day sick payment -- 200

08-2010   One day sick payment -- 200

Which is not right.

Note: Payroll run Current month 08-2013.

          Two diff months but same year.

Please suggest, Appreciate.
