Does anybody knows reports to separate tables on B2 Cluster
- e.g. to ZL table : ZL (list of fields), pernr, data
- or the same to PSP table.
PT_CLSTB2 is good but the table could be analysed only day-by-day.
Can we collect all data from selected employees for selected period in one report in one table ?

We use offline approval by email for some of our approval processes in ESS/MSS, e.g. Travel & Expense Forms.
We recently noticed that our ABAP code processing the approval emails had a bug, preventing the approval completed successfully. We discovered the bug, maked the necessary corrections and now it works fine.
There are many approval emails (~2000) that are residing in SAP inbox, which were sent in the timeframe where the bug was not fixed yet. We can now select these emails in SOIN and choose "Send again" from the menu, so that the bug-free code can process it and approval is completed. However, this can be done one by one for each email, multiple selection is not supported in SOIN.
How can we process these emails in a batch process? Does anyone had any problem like this before?

I was working on RPTIME00 configuration for Positive Time Evaluation and after running it in PT60 i got this error
"No entry in table $ for key $ at $ T555Z
Technical error no. 72"
I have maintained the entries in T555Z, T555A, V_001P_ALL and T555Y. All the ESG groupings and PSA groupings i have given are 7 and 9 respectively. I have maintained Time Management Status as 1. Maintained IT2011 and IT0050. What could be the problem ???? Please help me out.

There is an issue when an employee enters an update on Personal Data (IT0002) in ESS Portal . It is deleting the previous information and only the updated information is available in SAP.

Hi Gurus,
We are facing an issue where in employees are able to see salary statements of previous logged in employee.
For instance, if a employee logs in to the portal and checks his/her Pay Stub and logs out successfully (and doesn't close the browser). If another employee logs into the portal on the same machine (obviously with his user id) without closing the browser and tries to see his Pay Stub, he gets to see Pay Stub of previously logged in employee.
Has anybody faced the same issue. Please help.
We are using SAP ESS 603 SP5.

I have added URL link <a href="url"target=_blank>link test</a> , under template web layout->descriptions.
And I have implemented HRHAP00_LINK and dynamically filling URL. When I test it I can see hyper link but its not opening the desired page.
Can you please guide me how to achieve this.your help is highly appreciated.
Or is there any other way of doing? I want to add hyperlink to call my webdynpro application. Not at header level but under specific tab.

Hi Experts,
Just wondering how can we use Termination Organiser to terminate Non-Payroll staff such as Contractors. The payroll area for them is set as '99' (no payroll) in IT0001 record. This causing error in Termination these people via Termination Organiser. See attached screenshot.
Let me know if this is something configurable to exclude these people and simply make them Inactive and delimit certain infotype using Info Group configuration.

How to get the PA40 Action type code displayed under GUI730? Much appreciate for your help!
We already ticked Control's parameter under GUI Option.
It works fine towards drop down entry.
However, no effect on PA40. We need action code displayed like "A1 Hiring".

Company Business Process: Company hire people outside country. Then company supply their hired people to local company inside the country. It's Manpower supply company.

The company want link the employees with client and make invoice hourly basic. Then the company pay salary to employee. Then they want track employee profit analyses report(Ex: Employee Mr.Mark Jonathan work client company 1 month contract. Client pay hourly on Mark Jonathan 25 USD but this Manpower supply company pay Mark Jonathan 15 USD per hour inside their payroll. Now Mark Jonathan profit per hour 10 USD) and each employee link with the client report and employee currently working on which client report and etc.
The above requirement suitable on which modules in SAP ERP?

Dear friends, For an employee, has P10 at 8.27AM and P20 at 13.07PM. As per policy as he worked for 4hrs 40 min only, his name must appear in PT_BAL00 report. But it is not seen , For other employees it is working fine. Please suggest what might be the reason.. Regards, Niladri

I have created a template where created different criterion. I want to do total of weight, but seems each weight is multiplied by itself to get total (Please see screen shot).
What I want to do is get total of weight (3+3+3+3 = 12 but not 3x3+3x3+3x3+3x3=36)
Can I change it with implementing BADI?

My customer had used info type 0005, they will start to use info type 2006.
I have implemented the steps of absence quota. I can generate the quotas with RPTQTA00, but I can not create with IT2006 in PA30.
The dates and number of quota are generated correctly in RPTQTA00.
In PA30, it does not read info type 0041, and the quota field is empty.

All payroll area have define against company code correctly in PE03 (ABKRS).
