Hi

 

We have started testing rti functionality in our system. I am looking  for some clarification on the following issues:.

 

 

 

  • Do we need to send Passport details in passport ID field in FPS for existing employees?

 

  • Data items guide says that we dont need to send existing employees passport details before we go rti live? if that is the case we would be sending empty field to HMRC? Please advise if any once has faced similar scenario and please suggest what needs to be done.

 

  • In the B2A managers screen I could see EAS and EAS1, is it like EAS1 for XI (E-filing ) and EAS for PI. Please advise.
  • How do we identify if FPS is the last submission of the year is it by period number(1-12) will march FPS run will have period 12 for salaried employees?

 

  • Regarding P11D(115 data item guide), we need to indicate 'YES' if the submissions are due in FPS on the last FPS submission which is march FPS. where in case of leavers will their last FPS for example may be OCT(if they left in october) so then should we indicate 'YES' in field 'complete P11d due' field as we dont run his details in any of the FPS later on.

Finally I have seen RTI user guide released in MAY, do i need to make changes as per the guide given by SAP.

 

Please advice on how you guys have solved these scenarios.
