Hello Experts:
I have been struggling with a PCR for time evaluation. We run time eval without time clocks, at present, due to Union Agreements the comp time that our employees can "bank" is increasing to 80 hours starting effective 07/01/2013, however, due to time eval PCR's not being date delimited. Therefore, I have created a constant in T511K and it appears that the constant is working, however, when the employee exceed 40 hours that part of the rule is not working. The constant is being considered correctly. However, because the employee's can bank 80 hours but if an employee has exceeded the 40 hours but is not at the 80 hours PCR wants to set the employee at 80 hours and I see that but when I try to add another condition to consider the "constant" I get that a GCY is required. Any ideas on how to correct the piece of the rule highlighted in "bold"?
The rule as written is as follows:
*
" ****
HRS=DZCR1 Set
HRS+DZCD1 Addition
HRS=DZCR1 Set
" HRS?CZCOMP Decision op. HRS
" <
HRS=DZCD1 Set
ADDZL 9CAC Add to table ZL
ADDMBZQT2Z Set month bal. = 0
" =
HRS=DZCD1 Set
ADDZL 9CAC Add to table ZL
ADDMBZQT2Z Set month bal. = 0
" >
HRS=80 Set
HRS-DZCR1 Subtraction
ADDZL 9CAC Add to table ZL
ADDMBZQT2Z Set month bal. = 0
HRS-DZCD1 Subtraction
HRS*1- Multiplication
ADDZL 1750 Add to table ZL
