Personnel number locked by payroll run/reporting

Hi,

I have an employee who have terminated in may 2011, but payroll was run upto Apr 2012 (arrear payment/some other)

When i run payroll for Jun 2013, the employee is skipped as his status is withdrawn. -> correct

But when i try to do payroll posting, i get the following error 'Personnel number locked by payroll run/reporting'.

Pl let me know what needs to be done.
