Trigger Dynamic Action for Half Day Leave

Dear All,

I want to trigger Dynamic Action for Half Day Leave Balance

E.g. If a EE fill IT 2001 for Half Day then System should trigger 2002 (Attendance) with subtype 8001.

I have created Dynamic Action, however it is not working.
