HR Leave Approvals Mobile app

In Continuation with the below question.

For Creating a leave approvals app(Similar to SAP HR approvals app, but only the leave approval part),

what are the transaction or services which need to invoked in SAP.

Please give some idea on how it can be accessed from mobile.

Any Links / Discussion pages will also be appreciated.
