Comparison between personnel qualification and position

Hi.

In ESS we have the Iview where we can see our qualifications.

Unfortunately when we choose the view, Profile comparison, in this Iview, we don't see the qualification on the position, only the personnel qualifications.

I understand this is probably wrong in the setup, but where should I look for this?

Any information is valuable.
