We are planning to use the ESS Benefit Open Enrollment application HRESS_A_BENEFITS_ENROLLMENT delivered with EHP6. However we are finding gaps in requirements versus what is delivered in the Terms and Conditions box that starts the application. During Open Enrollment, companies are required to have an employee read and acknowledge the Summary Annual Report (SAR) and the Medicare Part D documents. This acknowledgement is similar to the Accept/Decline for Terms and Conditions in the WDA Open Enrollment. But both documents are quite long, and both have to be acknowledged before the employee can start Open Enrollment.
Can the Terms and Conditions be enhanced further, beyond just updating General Text HRESS_BENF_TERMS_CONDITIONS in SE61? We’d like to embed a couple of pdf files in this General Text.
Also, is it possible to hide the pop-up once the employee has Accepted the Terms and Conditions once? We’ve already switched on BADI IF_HRESS_BEN_TERMS_CONDITIONS to build the IT0035 records, but it isn’t stopping the Terms and Conditions pop-up from appearing.
For that matter, has anyone changed the title from ‘Terms and Conditions’ to something else?
