How to Configure Status Change Description in Appraisal Document

First doubt:

I Created an appraisal template in the Appraisal Template Catalog. On template level go to Status Flow tab, defined the statuses and/or sub statuses as required. However I want change the name in the radiobuttons that appear in the status ie. Save and Exit Document replace by Save.

I made changed in the field "Status Change:Description" and this only change the description for the second option Button.

How can change the description of the first option button.

Second doubt:

Is posible that when I use the t-code PHAP_PREPARE_PA in the following steps, in the listbox Template, only can appear some template.

In this moment appear also others that not want .

1. Prepare Appraisal Docs with Template, Appraiser, Appraise.

2. Start-->Continue.

3.Template-->
