Gratuity Exemption wage type is not populated

Hi Experts,

I configured all necessary settings for Gratuity, termination work bench and

i executed termination work bench for the employee who has joined in the 01.01.2012 and leaving date mentioned as 31.03.2013

then i executed payroll for the month of march but exemption wage type is not getting populated what could be the reason please suggest me.
