Substitution Manager in Predefined Appraisal Document

Hi,

We are using Predefined PMP in our system. There is a case, where Manager is Inactive or Chief Position is Vacant in the Org Structure.

The employees under these Org Units are not displayed under Higher Level Manager's screen. I tried to update Manager in Appraisal Document header from PHAP_ADMIN_PA, but still the document is not displayed newly updated Managers Screen.

Appraisal Process on ESS/MSS could not be completed. Administrators has to manually change the status from PHAP_ADMIN_PA.

Please suggest the practice to be followed in Predefined Appraisal Model.
