Part Appraiser in Talent Management MSS

Hi All,

 

We are implementing talent management with integration to performance management in ECC6.0 EHP5, with MSS.

Initially we were using Predefined Performance Management, but somehow it is not suitable with the users, therefore we fall back to the Flexible one.

Currently, we are having problem with Part Appraisal functionality using the Performance Management Flexible.

 

All the forms, criteria groups and criterion already created and functioning perfectly, but only for the manager.

If during the preparation phase the manager assigned 1 or more part appraisers, it can display the name of the part appraisers but when the part appraisers login to their MSS screen, they couldn't see the document for that appraisee.

 

We have enabled the part appraiser function in the layout, column, column access and substatus "Part Appraisal in Process" already activated under "In Process" Status.

 

However, if the manager assigned the additional appraiser under the Appraiser column, the additional appraiser can see the document, but it is accessing the same document that has been appraised by the first manager, while the requirement is to have a separate documents and then later combined with the average value.

 

Appreciate any comments to solve the issue.
