Global Employee Management

Hello Experts,

I am working on "Global Employee Management" and facing a problem, While performing the global assignment for USA, the system is not fetching employee's personal data from the IT0002. I checked the Table T582A, but have been unable to change the attributes of the IT0002 for the alternative screen 2010 (Used for USA). Kindly guide me how to change the attributes of IT0002 for alternative screen 2010 (USA), so that while perfoming global assignment for USA the system automatically fetch the personal data from IT0002.

And also, please guide me how to make SSN field unmandatory in IT0002.
