I am currently working on a project where we are due to begin org structure configuration. So that I can capture the requirement correctly, I will be very grateful if some pointers in relation to key questions can be shared by our expert members here. From a general discussion that I had with the key members in the company, they are looking to have position to position reporting line set up to address the need of cross country reporting.
