Rounding Rule Time Management

Dear Experts,

Requirement:

I have 25 days earned leave which is accrued monthly. i.e 25/12 2.08333 leaves per month. Yearly i want to round to 25 days.

Realization:

I have created the below rounding rule

Rorule     Name                slno    Lower Limit    Incl        Upper limit    Incl    Target       Roll   

RS         Rounding name   001     0                  ticked     0.50000                 0              ticked

RS         Rounding name  002      0.500000      ticked      1.00000                1.00000    ticked

The above rule is working for me in case of sick and casual which is 6.9996 rounded to 7 and 9.9996 rounded to 10.

But only for Earned leave system is rounding 24.9996 to 24 not 25.

Could you kindly help.
