HR Renewal Homepage Action logos

Fellow experts,

I am using HR Renewal in NWBC version 4.0 on our EhP6 demo system. On the HR Professional homepage we unable to see the logos for the OM related Actions. The Logos for PA Actions are displayed correctly.

I understand whether these icons are affected by a theme in the WDA application or not.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so, is there a solution?

The example of these icons not being displayed is highlighted in yellow on the attached screenshot.
