I don't have much experience in writing PCR,please help on the below scenario.
If an employee reside whether its Home address or temporary address in company accommodation, the below rule is applicable for End of service payment. The data is maintained in infotype 0002 for KSA
As follows the calculation,
Condition in the company all the employees are in contract, for every two years the contract will renewed. If the employee resign the company in between the contract the below condition apply or if the employee leave once the contract get over the employee is eligible to take the full EOS amount
For less than two years no payment
For more than two-five years its has to 1/3
For more than five-ten years it has to be 2/3
More than 10 years full amount can be availed
