we have one new requirement in time management,please advice how to full fill this below requerement.
Present system W;Off is paid automatically either the employee worked or not. Manually we are debiting wages. Employee is eligible for W;Off only if he works for 4 days in a week. Authorized leaves are deemed as working days for W;off concept. If a person is on Loss of pay for more than 2 days in a week, weekly off is not entitled if employee will work more than 4 days in a week then only employee is eligible for weekly off paid.if not he is not eligible for weekly offf. Please advice... Thanks Reddy
