Shift wise working time setting

Dear Guru

In our orgnisation in the plant following is the working time  in shift

General shift  9 am to 5.30pm

1^st Shift 4 pm. To 11 p.m

2^nd shift 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Please suggest how we can set the shift in the system
