Wage Type According to Percentage in IT0008

Dear Experts,

As per my new query, I want to assign the amounts of wage types in IT0008, as per the percentage of amount given in Annual Fixed Pay Field. How will that be possible?

For example, if my monthly fixed pay is Rs. 10000.

System should calculate following automatically:

Basic - 25% of fixed

HRA - 50 % of basic

this way.

Please help me to solve this issue.
