Payroll area change in the middle payroll period

Hi all.

I've an issue about payroll area change in the middle of the month. We are using payroll international. And it is not allowed to change payroll area in the mid of month. But as I know it is allowed for several countries, for ex. Canada, Mexico, US, Spain, Finland and etc. And there are also SAP notes for this issue

1104733, 849363, 744563.

My question is that it is possible to integrate this allowance to Payroll international?
