LSO-Unable to follow up a course

Hi,

Please, could someone kindly help me with an issue in LSO.

I have firmly booked a course & now want to Follow up.

However, when I am trying to follow up the course via LSO_PSV2, the participant is greyed out (display mode) & does not allow me to change or complete follow up.

Whereas I tried to do this via tcode PSV2 & it works.

Please, could anyone kindly guide as to why I am unable to follow up via LSO_PSV2?
