Salary hold functionality

Hi All

Can anyone suggest the solution for my requirement as below:

if a person resigns his last 30 days salary needs to be put on hold.

E.g. Employee resigns on 15h Oct and he has 2 months notice period means his last day will be 15th Dec.

Now we want to hold his salary from 15th Nov- 15th Dec. which will be paid as part of F&F.

Please note that we are not using offcycle payroll and it is for India payroll.
