PB10 (Init.entry of applicant master data) skips infotypes

Hi!

I'm customizing the infogroup 47 (Initial entry of basic data) which runs in tcode PB10 (Init.entry of applicant master data) or from tcode PB40.

But I realized that skips infotypes that not contains mandatory fields. Only stops when the infotype contains some mandatory field, otherwise, creates the registry for the infotype (after visualized in tcode PB20), but not allow fill fields because skips these infotypes.

Is there any way (by customizing) to not skips these infotypes that not contains mandatory fields??
