Part appraiser field details in phap_create_pa

Hi All

While executing phap_create_pa T code for an anonymous report , when we select on Manager , a part appraiser selection screen opens up as attached,

Can anyone tell me the significance of 3 fields in that window:

1. Weighting

2. Earliest Appraisal date

3.Latest date
