Hi Team,
There was a requirement from my client stating that absence type to be created with maximum only 10 days is allowed its not assigned to any quota for deduction , only employee can apply 10 days leave.
I have created an absence type and i gave 10 days as maximum,
But now what happens when employee apply leaves on 2015 for 11 days. system throws an error , so he gave 10 day system accepted, he applied leave on february
Again he is applying 5 days of leave for the same absence type in march . still system is allowing and client says he has already taken 10 days. system should not allow him to another 5 days .
How we overcome this issue. any idea. your suggestion is highly appreciated
