Currently, System is calculating the indirect valuation and if promotion happens then basic also changes as per the CTC.
My client requirement is to fix the basic 5000 for every employee hired from may 2014 onwards and that would always be fixed. Even if promotion or increment happen during his/her tenure then that amount would be considered in allowance wage type.
Please suggest me is there any report to change the payroll structure ?
or Do I need to create new wage type for this practise for new hired person ?
Need your valuable input for same.
