The system must be revised to allow employees to request their full eligibility of annual vacation days in advance of earning it.

Hi Experts,

Currently we have quota of Annual Leave which accrues on monthly basis so it doesn't allow employees to take leave in advance for un accrued quota.

But our business wants that to change, they want employees to request their full eligibility of annual vacation days in advance of earning it.

This quota is linked to Annual Leave carryover in PCR for updating balances.

Could you please let me know the solution , how to achieve this.
