Require an urgent understanding / clarity on the following :-
1) Job Rotation :- I understand Job rotation is basically a concept designed for Trainees / Freshers to have a better understanding of the business in all the verticals. Correct me if my understanding is wrong.\
2) Change in department not location :- Is it compulsory to change the Position number?Simply can we change the relationship of the Position(client doesn't want to change the position number) with org.Unit(O-S) and history will be maintained.
For Job rotation Personnel actions can we enable the Org.Unit field , disable the Personnel Sub Area field in IT 0001?t
We can execute the Job rotation for change in department using the reason Inter Movement.
Please help URGENTLY.
