Appraisal: Further Participant / Second Level Manager in MSS?

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement for Second level Manager to access forms via MSS.

Can someone help me suggest how will second level manager access Employees forms from MSS.

I decided to use 'Further Participant' role. But, then manager will be able to see the forms only in ESS.

Further participant does not suffice the requirement as the form needs to be open for the whole appraisal cycle.

Any suggestions, what role can we use to make the Manager view the forms in MSS?
