Copying a Benefits Plan

I am copying an existing benefits plan to create a new one.  After executing, I get a pop-up box that is asking me whether the benefit area should be transported?  Can someone explain when I would and would not want to copy the benefit area?  We have EhP6, and have been running Benefits in HCM since 2009.  I really just want to know how I should respond to the pop-up.
